This week I made a few very exciting discoveries that I’ll soon share with you: a great app and a smarter way to do your grocery shopping. Today is April Fool’s day! Did you prank your kids? I did, for the very first time!! I put a bowl of milk and cheerios to sit in the freezer overnight. Seeing my daughter’s face at breakfast as she put the spoon in the frozen bowl was priceless…I guess she never expected her mom to do such a thing!
Saturday: Leftover Edamame & Sweet Potato Rice Bowl.

Monday: Quick lunch with everything I could find in my fridge!
Tuesday: My daughter has been asking me for “crêpes au chocolat” a lot lately. It was time I fulfilled her wish. The recipe is coming soon!
Wednesday: Turkey Meatballs + Garlicky Greens & Spaghetti.
Thursday: Crispy Falafel Salad with Pickled Red Onion, Cucumber & Greek Yogurt Dressing (via Hello Fresh). The falafels were good and surprisingly easy to make.
