My weekly meal plans are back after a ridiculously long summer break. Salmon burgers have become a favorite in our house. My daughter just loves them. I am also excited to try a new recipe on the classic turkey meatballs. Ricotta sounds like a wonderful addition.
I have also been experimenting with a lot of vegan recipes lately, hoping to gradually transition toward a plant-based diet for the whole family. These burgers sound really good and I am eager to give it a try.
Finally, my meal plan wouldn’t complete without one or two sweet recipes and that’s usually on the week end. I hope some of these ideas will inspire you.
