I know I have gone missing from this blog these past two weeks. I always feel there is so little time…am I the only one? Having said that, I’m really committed to this project so here goes.
For the lunchbox of the week,
Pizza Pita (if I may coin…which is basically just using Pita bread instead of pizza dough), Steamed Broccoli and Carrots.
I just preheated the pita bread a bit to make it crustier, then added the toppings. You can really put anything, I chose Tomato Sauce, Spinach and Mozzarella. Then pop in the oven at 400 until the cheese melts.
